We had a problem with the AC not working in the rooms and in several areas of the hotel. The boy at the entrance Manuel and Mr. Carlos were excellent in trying to solve the problem because they wanted to charge us more for a room that more or less had the air working at all times, helping us to have a room that would more or less work the AC.

The best hotel in Santiago de Cuba !!! , workers are very friendly and helpful!!!, especially Pedro ( he was amazing 10/10) Super clean hotel , great music , my family love it, especially the pool area . We really enjoy our vacation there, we will back soon .

Mi estadía en el hotel Santiago fue magnífica respecto al trato brindado realmente hay 1 q otra carencia de productos pero el personal es agradable sobre todo el de la recepción allí fui atendida por la carpetera Gisela q me brindo un excelente recibimiento y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros como cliente durante nuestra estancia.

It’s a great hotel. Beautiful rooms, lobby, and garden. The food was good. Sometimes, water wasn’t available, but that was understandable given the conditions of Cuba. I’m not a swimming pool person, but it looked nice. The buffet was closed sometimes in the evening because there were less than 30 people in the hotel. But the Italian restaurant downstairs was an acceptable alternative. Especially the kind and helpful staff made it an unforgettable experience.

la habitación bien en general, aunque el aire acondicionado era difícil de manejar y la televisión se veía muy borrosa. bares y restaurantes con muy poca oferta, piscina bien, personal limpieza muy bien; deberían poner al menos agua en la neverita el día de llegada.
