The stay at this Costa Morena facility was very good, there were various offers for children that were very well designed, adding different types of juices that never ended. For adults there was undoubtedly no shortage of cocktails, by the way the "Costa Morena" cocktail was original and beautiful for all tastes and Cuba's favorite "beer" was always there, the blackouts did not stop the service, the delivery of all their collaborators despite the shortcomings they impose on us, there were always offers.

Dirty towels, dirty bathroom......only 2 towels per room because they don't have laundry service. Sheets......you know Buffet...........without words 2 types of rice and 2 types of main course, soup and mango or guava jam for dessert.‍ nothing more!! !!!! Hot water on the table and only mango juice. One drink in the entire hotel beer!!! No cocktails, one day they gave a "Clan Campbell" that looked like repackaged rum and whiskey had nothing in it. The staff makes every effort to make you feel good......but it must be said that it is better that they close the facility, they have 0 conditions that can be called a hotel

I have a good opinion of the Hotel Costa Morena, where despite the fact that there are lacks of resources, if we compare it with other occasions. It is seen that the staff makes a lot of effort to make your stay pleasant. As a suggestion, they should focus on the services in the bars to clients who do not drink alcoholic beverages since there are plenty of fruits and citrus fruits in our province, otherwise the excellent cleanliness on the part of the waitress, the entertainment at the pool is very good, the food is acceptable according to how things are in the country, I think they should upgrade some rooms but nothing that prevents you from sleeping well and comfortably, in short I recommend that Cubans go Do not expect 4-star services in a two-star hotel that once was three, I suggest that you be understanding with the considerate and grateful staff. Regards, I will definitely return again.

Magnificent stay at the Hotel. Hard working staff, very attentive, helpful. I liked it so much, and I recommend it, that I have an upcoming reservation, from August 9 to 15. I also recommend stocking up on beer in the beach area, since to purchase it I had to go to the pool area.

I was there Dec 26-Jan 10. 2022 The weather was fine, 30/21C everyday. The water was slightly above 26 C. No rains. Wind was blowing roughly a half of the time. Rural landscape surrounds the hotel. Mountains, rocky shore, intense subtropical forest and very patriarchal peasants driving mule carts. Clear ocean water. Rocky and corral bottom. Some problems. The plane lands in Holguin, 3-4 hours way. Food is very basic, softly speaking. Even - for Cuba. Hotel is in renovation all the time. Running water is in fact, dripping water. No remotes. No TV ( two Cuban channels). Absolutely no shopping because of local currency crush. Bring everything, including a 1-US-dollars tips. Canadian coins creates to those people big difficulties. Many noisy Cubans come for every weekend and overload all the services severely. For PCR test you have to go to Santiago: 1.5 hours in one way.
