We request room service the first day we arrived, the empty dishes stay outside in the aisle for more than 8hrs. And when we arrived, the front office lady that recieved us, was cero gentle. She could help us solve our problemas. She only wanted to charge us in Pesos Chilenos PLUS adding the TAX, because her POS couldnt recognize our card.
