a very nice and cozy hotel Fall in love with it at first sight. The staff was very nice too. Introduced everything we need know for our few days' trip in Santiago.
Only 10 to 15 mins away from Cathedral.

Struttura ottimamente restaurata che conserva l’atmosfera mistica . Attenzione nel servizio e nella accoglienza . Ottime colazioni . Bello da consigliare. Limitato solo nella capienza del parcheggio. Non lontano dalla cattedrale a cui si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti

Don't know where the 5 stars came from. Checked in today, room was not ready on time. Paper coffee cups in a room with just two coffee capsules. Has poor TV selection with some English language programs but they are automatically voice over in Spanish., and subtitles are only on Spanish. This is an international location for tourists. Had a quick bite in the afternoon and food was uninspired. The place is attractive but would never return.

O hotel não é 5*, eu diria que é um 4* superior, mas nada além. As instalações são lindas, mas os serviços e atendimento são limitados, o que não é de se esperar de um hotel 5*. O café da manhã é bastante bom e o quarto confortável e muito silencioso.

The front desk staff made our stay! Kavel, I believe, is the lovely gentleman’s name at the front desk on evenings. He managed receiving our bag from our luggage transfer service even though my maiden name was used, he remembered me saying we were anticipating bags. He coordinated combining two separate reservations so we could stay in the same room and he was a wonderful conversationalist proving us recommendations for shopping and information about the city and hotel. Beyond him our room was wonderful, bath robes, a deep tub, comfy king bed.
