Foi tudo muito bom.
O atendimento poderia ser mais atencioso no check out. Nos foi informado que poderíamos guardar a bagagem após o check out , porém ficamos aguardando no balcão e após sentado em um sofá da recepção sem a devida atenção!
Fomos vistos mas aparentemente ignorados, ou faltou os funcionários (havia 4 deles lá) , serem mais atentos. Depois pediram desculpas. Mas acho que vale o registro do ocorrido para que corrijam .

Cute, boutique hotel in excellent location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only issue we encountered was that there was no air conditioning. We messaged the property and they were able to provide us with fans.

The apartment was excellent. It included the amenities we were looking for (such as a full kitchen). The apartment was spacious and clean. Even though the staff was not on site as in regular hotels, they were available when needed, and were gracious and helpful.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to find, less than a minute walk from airport bus. The apartment was spotless, had absolutely everything you could possibly need and the best air con i have ever experienced. Would highly revommend.

Very central location in Placa Galicia, easy access to Old City and the famous Cathedral, and to transport system. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooom, and living room and bedroom combined. Easy checkin and checkout, efficiently managed. Very clean and well maintained.

O apartamento em que ficamos era excelente. Nada a reclamar. Os códigos de acesso ao prédio e ao apartamento funcionaram precisamente. A comunicação com a unidade também foi célere e ótima. A localização do apartamento é perfeita.

PROS: Nicely appointed apartment in a great location.
CONS: Foul drain smell throughout the apartment. Codes to street door and apartment door not reliable. They failed and we had to go out and find WiFi in order to contact host, thus wasted precious vacation time.
