It was all very good.
Service could be more attentive at check out. We were told that we could store our luggage after check out, but we were left waiting at the counter and then sitting on a sofa at reception without due attention!
We were seen but apparently ignored, or the staff (there were 4 of them there) failed to be more attentive. Then they apologized. But I think it's worth recording what happened so they can correct it.

Cute, boutique hotel in excellent location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only issue we encountered was that there was no air conditioning. We messaged the property and they were able to provide us with fans.

The apar**ent was excellent. It included the amenities we were looking for (such as a full kitchen). The apar**ent was spacious and clean. Even though the staff was not on site as in regular hotels, they were available when needed, and were gracious and helpful.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to find, less than a minute walk from airport bus. The apar**ent was spotless, had absolutely everything you could possibly need and the best air con i have ever experienced. Would highly revommend.

Very central location in Placa Galicia, easy access to Old City and the famous Cathedral, and to transport system. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooom, and living room and bedroom combined. Easy checkin and checkout, efficiently managed. Very clean and well maintained.

The apar**ent we stayed in was excellent. Nothing to complain about. The building and apar**ent access codes worked precisely. Communication with the unit was also quick and great. The location of the apar**ent is perfect.

PROS: Nicely appointed apar**ent in a great location.
CONS: Foul drain smell throughout the apar**ent. Codes to street door and apar**ent door not reliable. They failed and we had to go out and find WiFi in order to contact host, thus wasted precious vacation time.
