Received a friendly reception and enjoyed a very clean room! Close to church and you can go every scenic spot if you want!

The girls at the reception are just great. They helped us desling with Vueling when our flight was cancelled. Breakfast buffet was excellent The negative was that they did not open a bar or restaurant until late

We are wet and tired to be met by a rude and unfriendly receptionist. Rooms were not ready and no effort made to help us! I would certainly not recommend this hotel. Also not very central to the old town. No attempt to help us! Keep away from this place

After hurting my ankle while finishing up the Camino, the staff went above and beyond to help in anyway they could. Accommodations were in a great location and room was comfortable and clean.

Stayed one night after finishing the Camino. The hotel is located a short walk from the cathedral. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is served as buffet, with good choice. Also gluten free options when requested. f

Bad ,, Bad .. Bad.. What a piece of junk this hotel is. The receptionists were great but then things go downhill from that point on. Then I want to use the bathroom in the lobby but it is under service. It is cordoned for but no one is working there for hours. And when it is working, it is only for 1 person at a time. There is no urinal. They gave me room 115. I walked in and felt the floor buckle. There is a bubble and not even. In my opinion, this room shouldn’t be rented out to anyone. Then the wifi didn’t work. Then the shower head fixture is loose and water is spraying all over the place. The door slams shut and you can hear door slamming at any time. The hotel is a bit far from central. The breakfast has ham and cheese so it is quite adequate. For what I got , it can’t charge anyone more than 30 Euros a night because of the above. The most annoying is the WiFi. When I told the receptionist, he said it is working now which is Bull S _ _ _. It never worked and if when it did, it worked sporadically. I would say don’t stay there , unless the only other option is sleep on a park bench. What a way to end my Camino. A pension in Pedrouzo which cost much less but a magnitude better in service.

Nice and clean room, with comfy beds. The fan did not work. Had to open the window and then it got pretty noisy. No soundproofing. Hear all the nabours.

Good accommodation and friendly staff. I finished my Camino de Santiago there. The hotel is correct, as I say and it is a ten minute walk from Plaza del Obradoiro. The room is a bit small, but it's fine. The "ugliest" thing is that the room (mine...), overlooks a small and narrow interior patio. The value for money is not satisfactory. I understand that we are talking about Santiago, but it is not high season yet and -by far- it has been the most expensive room on the entire Camino and... the ugliest... The correct staff, although it bothered me a bit that after The first night when I got back to the room, the key would not open the door. At the reception they asked me that but until when were you staying? Answer, until tomorrow, that it is two nights, that I had reserved and that I paid you yesterday, since they asked me to do so. A somewhat bittersweet taste.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town, is dark, towards the restaurant there is a construction site and the room... To the inner courtyard, it feels like 2 meters to the room window opposite. The furnishings in the room were cheap and shabby, low standard. On the second morning there was only ice cold water for the shower. The dinner .... a gossip of soggy paella on the plate, then canned fruit for dessert ... a fellow traveler had stomach/intestinal problems on the second day. The bar (small waiting room with 3 tables) was served by the front desk. Our conclusion: The location is great, the breakfast is okay, the coffee is excellent, the staff is very nice and friendly, ........ you can forget the rest. As a group traveler you really shouldn't have any claims here.

This simple hotel offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. Very close to Plaza del Obradoiro (a 10-minute walk) and therefore to the old town of Santiago. With bright rooms with good beds, air conditioning and a complete bathroom with a hairdryer. Excellent restoration with complete breakfasts to start the day, without forgetting its magnificent dinners, which I recommend. I can point out that the cleanliness in general is very good and the covid regulations are observed throughout the hotel. And I highlight all its staff for their kindness. In short, my expectations were far exceeded and I only have words of thanks and gratitude.

It is a 3-star hotel located about 10 minutes walk from Plaza del Obradoiro and the historic center of Santiago. It's very basic. It is clean. Access is via an uncomfortable staircase. The room is spacious. Plugs are missing. The lighting is very poor. The bathroom is also spacious, but the towels are of very low quality and barely dry, the shower head holder is broken, the bathtub is dangerously slippery and water leaks everywhere. The free wifi is very slow. The breakfast buffet is monotonous and with products (juice, coffee, bread, pastries, cold cuts, fruit) of very poor quality. Special mention deserves the owner and manager of the establishment, who tried to charge us ********* 140 euros/night for two extra days, when the rate on the establishment's own website was 80 euros/night for those same days. It was difficult for us to insist and argue with her until she didn't deceive us. Furthermore, despite our complaints, he charged us 25 euros per night to occupy a double room with my partner with occupancy by a person who was previously hired and paid.

It is an old hotel, rather small and without any charm. But it fulfilled what I was looking for: Not far from the center (but at the same time away from the street noise), clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and very helpful if you need anything.
