Staff was very friendly and helpful
Clean room and comfortable bed. There was moderate level of noise from neighbors and cigarette smell in the hallway

壁が薄いのか隣の部屋や廊下の騒音がうるさい！
ベッドが古いらしく凹んでいて疲れた。
バスルームも最悪。トイレは洗面台が邪魔で真っ直ぐに座れない。その便器をまたがないとバスルームに入れない。

Segunda y última vez Tenemos que ir a Santiago por temas médicos y la primera vez nos alojamos aquí. Aunque es un hotel muy básico decidimos volver pues nos queda muy cerca de la clínica y parecían entender la situación y amold****, pero no ha sido así. Dijimos que al final solo queríamos una noche y hemos tenido que pagar dos, la de hoy, la cual la paso en mi casa y todo por no dejarnos salir de la habitación a las 14y30 ya que mi pareja teletrabajo antes de la operación y necesitábamos estar en la habitación. Que sepan que el hacernos pagar la noche de hoy os ha costado perder unos clientes que tienen que ir 1 o 2 veces al mes a su ciudad Las 3 personas de recepción no pueden ser más secas les cuesta hasta devolver un hola
