A wonderful hotel in the Old Town, close to the Cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants. Begoña welcomed us and couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were spotless, newly decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with fruit, cereals, bread, yoghurts and much more. Will definitely return.

Es un hotel excelente, las instalaciones siempre limpias y el personal muy atento, especialmente Begoña, que es un encanto. El desayuno correcto y destacaría que hay zumo de naranja natural y jamón serrano, que en pocos hoteles lo hay. En general, un hotel muy recomendable.

Me fui a Santiago a ver a mi hijo, que estudia allí, un fin de semana "largo" El hotel es pequeño, nada lujoso, limpio, acogedor y sobre todo con un personal excelente, super amable y colaborador. Yo no pedía nada mas, ni nada menos. Originalmente tenia habitación en otro hotel de la cadena, pero no me gustó la habitación, ya que estaba pensada para peregrinos de paso. Pedí ayuda a Raúl en Recepción y me resolvió el problema buscándome una habitación en el Denike. Me puso en una habitación de la cuarta planta (ojo¡, ahí no llega el ascensor, se queda en la tercera). Pequeñita pero confortable y muy acogedora. El resto del personal con el que trate, lo mismo: amables, atentos y serviciales. Una gran experiencia.

Hotel acon habitaciones algo pequeñas pero con una atencion ESPECTACULAR especialmente por parte de Raul y una mencion a parte de Begonia una gallega de la ostia que es imposible no enamor**** de su sonrisa y de la amabilidad que tien con el pasajero como dato un poc negativo es que la separacion del cuarto con el baño era a traves de un vidrio divisor y una puerta de vidrio corredeiza que no era esmerilada por lo tanto uno podria ver hacia o desde el baño a la persona que se encontraba en el mismo, perdiendo la intimidad Deberian plotearlo o esmerilar el vidrio Las camadas son muy comodas WIFI muy bueno No tiene safety box ni frigobar y el espacio para poner las maletas es pequeño No obstante volveria nuevamente relacion precio calidad muy buena

Per la seconda volta ci fermiamo a dormire in questo hotel , pulitissimo centrale camera bella e bagno funzionale ,personale disponibilissimo….Questavolta nn abbiamo potuto fare colazione perché il nostro volo partiva presto.Lo consiglio vivamente

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. El personal femenino es maravilloso sobre todo Begoña te hace sentirte en casa y te cuida muy bien. El desayuno muy rico y los bizcochos caseros son súper súper ricos. Totalmente aconsejable.
