1、就在教堂旁邊位置很好，但離車站較遠，差不多1公里；
2、房間雖小但很温馨；
3、我的房間就在門口隔音不是很好，晚上總是有人喜歡在門口大聲聊天；
4、房間設施都很不錯，不是那種很廉價的。

Excelente localização. Os quartos são bastante confortáveis e, apesar de se situar no centro histórico, a insonorização era excelente. O único aspeto de que gostei menos é o facto de seguindo uma tendência crescente que permite cortar custos, se elimine quase por completo o contacto humano, nomeadamente ao nível do check-in/ check-out, já que se faz tudo por email e códigos. O meu marido esqueceu um polo no quarto e, quando voltámos no dia seguinte para saber se tinham encontrado, disseram-nos que, como as funcionárias da limpeza já tinham saído, era impossível saber se o tinham guardado. De qualquer forma, e apesar disso, recomendo pela localização, limpeza e conforto despretensioso.

The hotel itself was great and the staff were wonderful. Modern luxury and pristinely clean. Very quiet despite being literally steps from the center of attractions and activities in SDC, especially the magnificent cathedral. Thus, 5 stars. Now a word about location: If you have a car or luggage, be aware that it is very difficult to access the hotel’s entrance with a car. We literally could not get to it in our rental car. Google maps took us to pedestrian walkways (we thought). I got out and walked around trying to see the hotel while hubby stayed with the car a block away. No luck. We gave up, took the car to the rental agency and ordered a taxi. The taxi crawled along amongst crowds of pedestrians and dropped us and our luggage off at the edge of the square. We never could have driven through there safely ourselves. We still couldn’t see the hotel despite standing where we thought it should be. I asked for directions at a restaurant and that’s how we found it. We were practically in front of it but the entrance and sign were very subtle. But once we got in, all was well. Better than well!

This hotel couldn't have been more central or cleaner and with beautiful air conditioning during a hot spell it was pure luxury. It was economically priced and suited our needs perfectly. Reception can be a little informal and there were certain challenges with the water works but these were small things.

We booked this hotel months before and we're looking forward to our visit to Santiago de Compostela. We began our travels in Segovia and were headed to Vigo for a two nights stay followed by ONE NIGHT at this hotel. Horrible fires broke out in Spain and especially in this region preventing us to SAFELY travel to Vigo or Santiago de Compostela. Road closures and travel advisors on TV and social media warned of the fire hazards and road closures .We immediately called the hotel in Vigo and canceled our two nights stay and they understood completely and did not charge credit card. We called the hotel in Santiago de Compostela Hotel Plaza Obradoiro by Bossh and explained we could not make it safely to the city of Santiago de Compostela. Spoke to Sandra and then to Julian who both said, they completely understood, but a refund was out of their hands and up to Management. I was told that several guest had called and had to cancel. The hotel management did not refund us our money explaining that we needed to cancel 7 days in advance. Our credit card was charged and we are out of €388.50!!!! Management did not care for guest safety. We have been ripped off. There was no way to safely travel by car to this hotel. I will be disputing charges with the credit card. My advice to anyone considering this hotel is this.... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Guest safety is not their priority! GREED.
