Amazing contemporary and spacious apartment, well located in a residential area but only a short 30 mins walk into Santiago old town. Stylish, clean, comfortable and quiet, it was a true home from home. Really useful to have the underground garage as well. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next visiting the area.

這個公寓如果服務可以給0分的話我一定給0分。入住地址完全錯誤，溝通後給出的地址也不對，必須要按照他們給的地圖連結點如才可以找到。根本見不到服務人員，衹能在網上溝通，所有事情都需要等到第二天才能回覆。電話態度特別粗魯。 無論住多久都沒有人中途打掃，要自己清潔，這個價位的公寓不應該這樣。
唯一不錯的是公寓設施。其中爐子是壞的，報告給服務人員，也不理睬。
地理位置不便，必須有車才可以住這裏，基本沒有公共交通。

We booked an apartment in Santiago de Compostela through Airbnb. It happened to be nr.9 in Rua Maruxa Mallo 7, owned by Upper - they associate themselves with ‘luxury housing’. In short, while the bed & kitchen were ok, the apartment didn’t have any windows to open and located on the groundfloor, we didn’t have any privacy when opening the blinds. The view was on the street into a big bin. As a result, the only thing left was to keep the blinds shut. That, together with the fact there was no window to open, left us in a luxury cage.. The company wasn’t understanding the problem and refusef to give us a refund - instead of the booked 4 nights, we escaped the prison after one night. Also Airbnb couldn’t help us to get a refund. Stay away from Upper if you can..

The apartment was everything we were looking for - spacious, with a west facing terrace, bright and so clean! It’s about a 25 minute walk into the centre, though there is a bus option. We like staying on the outskirts of town as you get to see more ‘real life’. I’ve given 4 rather than five stars for the area just because it would have been nice to have more dining choices - that said, we had plenty of facilities to cook our own meals and there were 2 places to eat which were nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Service and communication were excellent, but the property shows wear and tear. A dirty carpet at the entrance and some stained walls. Also having the bathroom on one floor and the bed on another is inconvenient specially when you need it at night.

Beautiful flat in immaculate condition. Very safe and quiet and the host was very helpful with check in and check out process. The flat is located approximately 20 minutes walk from city centre

Great modern apartment.
Bed is two singles put together, and if you go to the middle it creaks.
There’s too much light in the apartment when lights are switched off, from sensors and sockets. I like a room completely dark so struggled to sleep on my first night because of the light coming from the sockets and ceiling.
Helpful host who’s just a message/call seay.
