The hotel is a bit remote, and it takes nearly 20 minutes to walk to the cathedral, but fortunately it is large and has convenient parking. The hotel's decoration and facilities look a bit old, but the surrounding environment is good.

The location is a 15-minute walk from the old town. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and the front desk staff checked us in. Thank you! Recommended!

Disappointing for a 5 star hotel, which are not at all deserved. However, the rooms are large, quiet and well ventilated. He lacks nothing.

Everything is great, the location is ideal for the tranquility of not being in the center but at the same time very close, the facilities are great and above all the gardens around it stand out.

Getting old, lots of water damage, coffee was bad. Not 5 stars. The staff was friendly throughout

It's clean, and the staff are friendly. There is a university nearby, and the lake is beautiful. It's about 15 minutes from Santiago Cathedral, so it's not bad to come and go and it's quiet.

I believe the "5 Star" starus should be revised for this particular NH Collection in Santiago de Compostela. The hotel facility is a bit beat up. Old carpets with mold smell, lack of amenities in the rooms, old fashion tv and minibar, lack of proper air conditioning inside the room (one has to open the windows to regulate the internal temperature), breakfast is just ok (it lacks good quality food, like better fruits,cheese, honey, salman etc.)
