Staff was very friendly and helpful
Clean room and comfortable bed. There was moderate level of noise from neighbors and cigarette smell in the hallway

Great location, close to everything. The window overlooks the courtyard. The electronic door lock is rather inconvenient; it doesn't work right away, so you have to hear the infamous "door is open" sound from the neighboring rooms down the hall.

The hotel is located between the train station and the city center, I couldn't appreciate the breakfast because the train left early, there is a bath in the room, it's ideal to take it after a walk

It's a great hotel with a 24-hour reception.
It was clean and the facilities were good.
I had to take a taxi at dawn, but they kindly called me and took good care of me.
I would like to stay here again next time I go to Santiago.
