It was a goodmplace to stay and to rest after a long days of trekking the Camino de Santiago. Accessible to restaurants and most specially to the train station

When booking the hotel, it was described as having air conditioning, but upon check-in, the AC didn't work, and there was only a fan by the bed. We asked the front desk, but they simply said we'd booked an economy room without AC, adding that a fan was provided. They said the Ctrip description was incorrect and that we'd need to pay an additional 20 euros to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. While the staff's explanation was unpleasant, the fact that we were offered an air-conditioned room resolved the issue, as it didn't match the description. We ultimately reported the issue to Ctrip customer service, who responded promptly and refunded our trip coins. The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast was quite plentiful.

We traveled to Santiago for 5 days. The hotel is cozy and very close to everything. The staff and service were wonderful. Very grateful for everything.

Overall, it's a good stay.
1. The location is relatively close to the station, but the commute to the old town is about a kilometer.
2. The room is spacious, but the bathtub leaks.

We love this hotel in the heart of Santiago. The shower is reminiscent of the Rambo I movie, piece of pressure. Unbeatable treatment of the staff. The kids are super attentive

Недалеко от жд и центра, тем не менее спокойный район, есть пекарни и магазины, близко прачечная. Внизу можно воспользоваться микроволновкой, чайником. В номере чистота, хороший напор воды.
Минусы:
Особо не заметили, можно брать и на долгое проживание
