Well appointed apartment with friendly and helpful reception staff when they are there - it’s worthwhile to pay attention to their opening hours as the front desk is not always attended.
The location is good and can be reached by bus or a beautiful walk from the centre of the city. It was a bit of a challenge for me as I had to push my bike up but going into the city was a breeze.

Our stay at this apartment was in August when temperatures rose to 95F/38C and we were shocked to discover there was no air conditioning. Not even a fan! The apartment was not too clean. The front door of the white, full sized refrigerator was dirty with food spots and I cringed everytime I had to touch it. If I had cleaning supplies I would have cleaned it myself but all we were given was dish soap. The kitchen was very basic, with just a hob/2 burner stove top. Our stay was hot and uncomfortable and had we not arrived late at night we would have left to find a better option.

Nice room quality - price!
Very neat and spacious room, but a bit far from the historical centre. However, there’s a bus station at walking distance, around 500m.
If you’re coming by car it’s an excellent option, but if you just finished “o Camiño do Santiago” then your feet won’t appreciate it much :-)
