Needed a hotel in Queretaro for one night before traveling to San Miguel de Allende. While the location is not ideal, we were extremely happy with the hotel and staff. This is a fairly new location, in good shape and immaculate cleanliness. Our room had excellent wi-fi. The bed was firm and the pillows better than any hotel in this class in the US! We did not plan to have breakfast here, but things change. The buffet was expansive and due to Covid a staff member would fill your plate for you. Everyone here was friendly and helpful, even for two Americans with sketchy Spanish skills.

The environment is good, close to where you eat. It takes 45 minutes by hotel shuttle bus to Queretaro Airport and 20 minutes to the bus station. The hotel is convenient for taxis. There is a commercial centre 150 meters from the nearby.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

It's a bit old, but the facilities are complete, because it is an apartment-style suite, electric stove, pots and pans are complete, washing machines and dryers in the laundry room can be used for free, business trips, family trips, and it is very convenient to live. It is next to the high speed and it is very convenient to travel.

It takes 30 minutes to fly from Centro in Queretaro, so it is difficult to balance sightseeing with anyone other than those who come by private car. There is nothing within walking distance around the hotel. Although the large supermarket and restaurant area are in front of the hotel, you have to cross the huge road, and the traffic is too dangerous during the day and you can't cross it on foot. There is no pedestrian bridge. For those who have business in Frikija or who are completely in the hotel. Uber is not running much compared to Centro, but it can be used. Mexico is dusty and the shoes get dirty quickly, so I'm grateful that the amenities have shoe polish. There is only one toothbrush in the bathroom, but there are no slippers and it is sold at the shop beside the front desk. It's a pity that even two people have only basic queen beds to choose from, but I'm pretty happy that each room has a Japanese-style bath. In Corona, the famous large communal bath is reserved, and you can't enter unless you get a card key at the front desk. Towels are available in the dressing room. There are shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer, but I didn't put any basic cosmetics for women. There is also an open-air bath, and there is no complaint about the large communal bath. I was surprised that this level of bath is in Mexico. I am convinced that it is popular with business travelers and Japanese living in Mexico. The breakfast buffet also has bread and cereals, but since it is a basic Japanese food, only Japanese people were in the restaurant. It's a pretty price for a business hotel, 320 pesos (by chip) per person. Each room only includes breakfast for one person, so after the second person, you need to account at the restaurant. It is super inconvenient that you cannot pay the amount including the tip with a card at the time of accounting. (Of course, the card itself can be used.) There is no option to have no tip, so it is troublesome to pay a tip separately in cash and get small money.
