This is a tui blue hotel and myself and my elderly mother loved it. We was met from the coach sat down in the foyer and brought a glass of bubbly while someone from the hotel brought us our keys and checked us in. The room was spacious mountain facing and very clean. We stayed half board, breakfast and dinner was buffet style with plenty of choice. I often ate things I wouldn't normally order from a menu and enjoyed the variety. We're both quite picky eaters but managed to find something every meal to enjoy. Covid measures masks and cleaning is strictly followed which made us feel safe. It's a adult only hotel and whilst we were there mainly frequented by the over 50s, which meant it was a grown up rather sedate holiday which suited us fine. Plenty of beds around the pool and it looked lovely but neither of us used it while we were there. Sea views from the hotel were beautiful, next time I would upgrade to a sea view room. Entertainment was there with things to do during the day but we didn't partake. The evening entertainment was a expected, very ok but also very short.. it Started at 9.30 and was finished by 10.30 which left us going to our room at that time every night. As i said that suited us, if you wanted there was bars, cafes and restaurants all very close within walking distance, and mums a poor walker but we tried a different place every day for lunch. We went to the drag show one night arranged by the reps and it was good night out, meal included and a good laugh. You can visit a zoo which is being sold by reps. Don't do it!! Great zoo we loved it. But it's a big but!! The coach leaves early in the morning, too early for us because it picks up others along the route. Can we take a cab instead i asked? Of course she says! Well it's over an hour away by cab going through the mountains, very bendy and we felt quite car sick by the time we got out, can't imagine how long the coach trip would be if we was an hour and 10 min. The fare each way was about 75 euros so it was an expensive day out 150 euros travel plus the tickets plus lunch. I hired a wheelchair for mum and thought i could push her because she could never manage an electric scooter, the hills in this place are everywhere and crazy steep, it was terrifying trying to come down these and going up almost impossible. Very little flat ground. We also went out on a boat to see whales, dolphins etc, well so not worth it, we saw a few fins go by once it twice, these trips are two or three hours long, half an hour would of been plenty. So if you want a nice relaxing break where you'll be looked after definitely go here. Staff and service excellent. We'd go back but not for teens unless they want to lay by a pool all day and go bed early.
