Great hotel with fantastic sea and mountain views! Great service, delicious food, very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and new, will definitely go back there!

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel offers best views to Los Gigantes cliffs. Hotel personel is very friendly and helpful, everyone is a proffesional. Hotel is clean and offers a lot of relaxation. Food is also top!

Adults only fantastic ! On floor 8 amazing views plenty of sun lounges for sun and shade day activities excellent relaxing vibe all staff very helpful and friendly best breakfast by far would definitely come again only the breeze bar open during our stay it might have been better if the aloe bar had also been open as well

Barcelo Santiago, Tenerife. Our favorite Tenerife hotel that we have stayed at several times. The staff and food etc. are really good and our Junior Suite was great. Sadly the new "Adults Only" change has its benefits and downfalls. Now, not being a family hotel, the noise has become an issue for this wonderfully sited property. Most of the sea view rooms overlook the games and pools areas where there are noisy activities during the day and late evening. It seems to me that the main problem is by the abuse of the loudspeaker system, that echoes off of the walls and is really unpleasant. There is a particular "entertainer" that has a very loud voice and screams and shouts into a microphone presumably to excite the holidaymakers. (Reminds me of a boot camp crossed with Butlins). I respect that she has a job to do but she really does not need a microphone. There was often other announcements that were so loud and distorted that you could not actually hear what was being said. Similarly with the music which was spoiled by being over amplified and the overemphasis on bass that actually gave me a headache so that I had to go inside from our terrace and close the doors. Even then the bass could be heard. It is such a shame that the overuse of the amplifiers distorted and ruined some really good acts / music. Bear in mind that our rooms were at the side of the main building. Goodness knows how those nearer put up with it is beyond me! Please, please, turn it down so that we can consider returning again.

So arrived last night, great room, great view and great area. Asked for a high level room online , tick. Asked for a walk in shower, tick. Tried a few drinks on the all inclusive last night. Choice of at least 6 gins and Grey Goose is part of the all inclusive too.
