Muito boa experiência. Óptimo para descansar e recarregar baterias. Muito bom atendimento, comida deliciosa (pequeno almoço, snacks e jantar), tudo muito arranjado e limpo, Wi-Fi muito bom, tem carregador de veículos elétricos, estacionamento gratuito, bicicletas gratuitas, água e bolos de boas vindas no quarto, a repetir…

With my great regret, a space with potential and simply without maintenance. It's little or no. We've just arrived, it was allocated to us room where TV was not working, the room was with an unsupportable heat, the bathroom gardens a miserable dirt. I called the room for the reception, insisted, it was 15:30, no one answered, I moved there and realized the staffer was alone and working. (as well as the support for bar and pool, only 1 official for a almost complete establishment, since the mini GP in the Melides cartridge was on that weekend and rented rooms for stay). I asked the reception staff whether the room had been seen before I was assigned and said yes (impossible and concerted not knowing). I was assigned another room as obvious... The area of the bar is swimming pool is sad as they don't give a swab when the day comes to clean the cocoa of the birds that was on the mountains. Several customers commented on the same and even a child was hurt in the grass area with so much as much as it had there, parents complained to the poor bar/pool official who was unfatiable and sympathetic. To not return, it is from those places with brutal potential and it's only going once

The hotel in question exceeded all my expectations with its exceptional services. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, making my stay all the more pleasant. Even after checking out, I found myself in need of a place to wait for my taxi for the few hours. The hotel staff graciously offered the use of their meeting room, which I gladly accepted. I was fully satisfied with the level of professionalism and hospitality displayed by the hotel and its staff.

Perfect experience. Very nice renovated hotel and room. Very clean. Great bed, great shower. Breakfast ok doesn't have 1000 options, but you still get to eat a LOT. That's all you need! Very keen staff kept my item that was delivered 10days before I arrived. People stop complaining, we're not on TV, we're not on ”Master-Hotel” !!! Enjoy your holiday instead 😃

Everything about the stay was perfect!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was also great (T1 Standard), the kitchen is very well equipped, the house has air conditioning as well as a fireplace. Even tho all the houses have a kitchen you also have a really good breakfast included, and they also have a restaurant to partner with that serves both lunch's and dinner's and deliver it to your apartment. The spa is also really good. Disclaimer: The wifi is not great, although they have invested a lot in making it better, the telco companies simply don't have good service or wifi in those areas, not their fault, on the other hand its great to disconect from the world a bit and relax.
