Très joli hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable et proche du centre. Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et souriant. Seul petit défaut, le petit déjeuner est un peu famélique. A savoir qu'il peut être servi dans les chambres. Je le recommande vivement.

They keep entry door locked at all times and you have to ring the bell and wait every time. I understand it's a safety issue but hugely inconvenient.

The hotel is very good, excellent location, close to restaurants, metro station and the center of Santiago, which can be reached on foot. The service from the girls at reception is sensational, they are all very attentive, the room is comfortable, with air conditioning and the bed is also comfortable. There is no minibar, no safe and access to the rooms is via a staircase, but this was not a problem. Breakfast is very simple and you have to make an appoin**ent every day, as there are only 4 tables available. The shower is very good, but the only thing I didn't like was having to turn the shower on for a while so it warms up, I was in agony from wasting so much water, I even tried to take a cold shower, but it didn't work, as the water is frozen.

Hotel bem localizado, possível ir a Plaza de Armas, Cerro de Santa Lucia e outros pontos turísticos a pé. Estação do Metrô Universidade do Chile a poucos metros. Café da manhã simples . Quarto disponibilizado a mim muito pequeno diferente do reservado. Após reclamação, mudaram. O colchão não é bom. Necessita troca. Decoração do quarto agradável.

Staff is not very friendly, the whole place is very old and falling apart, plus it has a humid smell in the rooms. Don’t recommend.
