The hotel is located in the bustling location of downtown San Diego, and all kinds of travel methods are very convenient. The hotel room is very large, basically it can be regarded as a suite. The decoration of the whole hotel is very classic and very distinctive. Great value. It's a waste for me to live alone

it was just OK, we were in a room by the elevator and it was noisy. The AC was "locked" so you the room only cooled off a little...we were not hot but we were warm especially since the comforter on the bed was heavy...so you weere hot with it on but a little cool with it off. Twice on the street in front of the hotel we were warned by strangers to be careful of pickpockets. then our driver to the airport told us the neighborhood had really gone down and was not safe anymore.

Nosso quarto ficava no 7o andar e acima um bar do hotel com funcionamento das 12:30 as 01:00 - e no horário que estava “fechado” haviam funcionários limpando e fazendo sei lá mas o que… RESUMO: BARULHO INTENSO 24HRS (música de balada, gritos, conversas, e o pior: cadeira/mesa arrastando). Pedimos várias vezes pra trocar e cada hora era uma desculpa diferente, além disso liguei várias vezes pra reclamar do barulho e nem me atendiam mais - funcionários completamente sem educação e sem demonstrar a mínima importância. Iluminação do quarto péssima, com luzes queimadas e piscando. Café da manhã ok mas tive que implorar várias vezes pela reposição (que foi demorada).

The hotel is very nice, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The room, beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very clean, with the exception of the towels which, although they were clean, are old and worn. The terrace restaurant is excellent. Constructive criticism: Breakfast should be better. The breakfast selection is not good at all. The good coffee is not included, you have to pay for it. In summary: it is a very good hotel, but we did not like the location in the center. We don't feel safe to go out after a certain time.
