Hotel bien ubicado pero tuvimos mucha bulla en las mañanas. Nos toco el cuarto 317, al lado del gimnasio es como si estuviéramos dentro de él. se escucha toda la bulla, cuando avise en recepción me dijeron que que pena que casi nunca en ese hotel usan el Gimnasio ..: en fin. La ducha está integrada con el cuarto con vidrio, si quieres privacidad para bañarte no hay. El cuarto tiene buen tamaño. La cafetería en remodelación, bien básico, peor al estar al lado de un pequeño mall con restaurantes está ok

One of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in, from the huge sized shower to the comfiest bed. Size of the room was fantastic, great layout, and I was upgraded to a room with a view of Parque Bicentario. Staff (Paul) were kind, helpful and helped with directions to downtown galleries. Highly recommend this when you are in Santiago.

O hotel é bom, mas não possui restaurante próprio, apesar de estar quase dentro de um centro comercial com Starbucks e diversos outros restaurantes. Não muito longe do aeroporto e com o que é preciso para uma boa noite de sono e um bom banho.
