Pros: Good location, good facilities.
Disadvantages: The front desk is not pretty, the network is poor, the cleaning staff is particularly bad, they do not take the initiative to replenish body soap, they only come in the morning for cleaning, and they often come in without knocking.

공항과 시내랑 다소 먼 거리에 있지만, 조용하고 깨끗하고 안전함. 비즈니스 방문이 많은 호텔이라 여행객은 눈에 띄는 편. 조식 마음에 들고, 공간이 넓어서 좋았음!
4성급 호텔이지만...심증은 있는데 물증은 없는,,, 그런 일이 있었음.
조식 먹으러 갔다 오는 짧은 시간도 방 안에 소지품 관리 주의 바람. (캐리어 다 잠그길 추천) 참고로 6층이었음.
진짜 짜잘한 거라 뭐라 말하기 그런데, 기분이 영...

Hotel tem ótima localização, fica próximo a estação de trem, shopping, mercados, cafeterias. Bairro seguro e aconchegante. Bem limpo e organizado, piscina aquecida, academia boa. Café da manhã com boa variedade e opções veganas. Pesquisei bastante antes de reservar e definitivamente foi uma ótima escolha.

Hotel com excelente localização em Las Condes. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, é limpo, café da manhã com várias opções, ótimo sinal de wi-fi, conta com room-service 24 h, uma boa opção tanto para viagem a trabalho como também para uma viagem em família.

Hotel bem localizado, quartos com serviços deficientes, pouca luz, extremamente frios, mesmo no outono/inverno, roupa de cama e cobertor inadequados, serviço de camareiras de baixa qualidade, carpete nos quartos, não é possível caminhar sem sapatos, pois o pé fica muito sujo.

Reservamos directamente por la pagina del hotel y conseguimos un precio un poco mejor. El hotel es excelente, habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, hermosa vista, cama king muy cómoda. El desayuno buffet es espectacular. La zona de piscina está muy fria y no la pudimos utilizar, te congelas. Todos los empleados del front desk son muy amables y te resuelven todo. La zona es muy segura para caminar a toda hora y muy cerca del mall Parque Arauco. Totalmente recomiendo este hotel y seguramente volvería.
