優點：位置佳，設施較好。
缺點：前台顏值低，網絡差，保潔員特別差，不主動補充沐浴液，打掃清潔盡是早上來，經常不敲門就進。

Hotel tem ótima localização, fica próximo a estação de trem, shopping, mercados, cafeterias. Bairro seguro e aconchegante. Bem limpo e organizado, piscina aquecida, academia boa. Café da manhã com boa variedade e opções veganas. Pesquisei bastante antes de reservar e definitivamente foi uma ótima escolha.

Excelente relación calidad/precio y la atención es siempre sobresaliente. El desayuno y restaurante son de primer nivel, la ubicación es inmejorable y el diseño de los espacios comunes y habitaciones es excelente.

Hotel com excelente localização em Las Condes. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, é limpo, café da manhã com várias opções, ótimo sinal de wi-fi, conta com room-service 24 h, uma boa opção tanto para viagem a trabalho como também para uma viagem em família.

Hotel bem localizado, quartos com serviços deficientes, pouca luz, extremamente frios, mesmo no outono/inverno, roupa de cama e cobertor inadequados, serviço de camareiras de baixa qualidade, carpete nos quartos, não é possível caminhar sem sapatos, pois o pé fica muito sujo.

Reservamos directamente por la pagina del hotel y conseguimos un precio un poco mejor. El hotel es excelente, habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, hermosa vista, cama king muy cómoda. El desayuno buffet es espectacular. La zona de piscina está muy fria y no la pudimos utilizar, te congelas. Todos los empleados del front desk son muy amables y te resuelven todo. La zona es muy segura para caminar a toda hora y muy cerca del mall Parque Arauco. Totalmente recomiendo este hotel y seguramente volvería.

Somente elogios para a nossa estadia no hotel. Quarto ótimo, cama e travesseiros muito bons, chuveiro espetacular! O atendimento também foi ótimo desde o início e o café da manhã é maravilhoso! Pegamos um quarto com vista lateral para a Cordilheira, parecia um quadro. Andamos por vários bairros e Las Condes com certeza também foi a melhor escolha.
