Pros: Good location, good facilities.
Disadvantages: The front desk is not pretty, the network is poor, the cleaning staff is particularly bad, they do not take the initiative to replenish body soap, they only come in the morning for cleaning, and they often come in without knocking.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, café da manhã delicioso e quartos muito bons. E uma piscina bem legal na cobertura! O bairro é excelente, com estação de metrô perto e próximo ao shopping Arauco. Distante das atrações turísticas do centro, mas se esse não for seu objetivo, recomendo demais.

Achei os recepcionistas muito mal educados, sem empatia e não fazem questão de entender o que a gente pergunta, inclusive não conseguem responder nada em relação a informações básicas, internet não funciona nos quartos, saímos alguns dias antes do café da manhã, na recepção tinha café da noite anterior e somente os envelopes com chás , sem água e as xícaras todas sujas, fui pedir água para o atendente, nem olhou na minha cara, agora nota 10 para os colaboradores do restaurante Rosso, não indicaria esse hotel não, inclusive muito longe dos bairros com restaurantes e bares

This hotel is a fine place for an overnight or conference. Set out in 3 adjoining blocks it can be a bit fun finding your room, which might be a distance away. Reception and most staff helpful and friendly but some of the room cleaning staff the opposite. Also, some other cleaning staff seemed more concerned with joking and keeping out of sight than working. Overall, though no impact on us but a shame for management and hotel chain to have such staff.
