對於商務客來講，吃飯方便，網絡順暢，停車方便才是最主要的，這一家都做到了。

Nothing to complain about the hotel. Everything worked fine. Check in was very quick as well as check out. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. The breakfast was good. The rooms perfectly meet the issue of comfort. Located in the central region and you can walk to tourist attractions as well as close to restaurants. It is worth it!

I believe the main positive point is the location, close to attractions and with several markets and snack bar options nearby. We were 2 people and stayed in a room with 3 single beds. The room is large, the bathroom is also very large and has a great shower and hairdryer. I saw some comments on the subject and the mattress is actually super soft, a little difficult to get used to. Good service. Very weak breakfast, fruit options, some sweets and few savory options. However, talking to other people who have visited the city, it seems to be something standard. I believe that Brazilians are really disappointed with the coffee there. I would recommend it for the price and location.

Comfortable, clean and fragrant hotel. Excellent location (close to Plaza de Armas, Plaza de la Constitucion, not very far from the Mercado Central and the funicular to Cerro San Cristobal...). Booked a triple room (3 single beds + a cot) for 4 people (2 adults and 2 small children): in the room there was a double bed (I hadn't requested it) which made me very happy; so the staff (although young) is attentive to niceties. In fact, he does everything to please the customer: the shower knobs didn't work and were immediately fixed; there wasn't a coffee maker in the room (it was there in the presentation photos, I had booked it for this too, it's essential for us!), the next day there was one (actually, they bought I don't know how many and put in all rooms!) plus waffles. Clean room (every day), spacious (even the bathroom, with towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo... but without shower gel; if you don't have it, soap is fine anyway) with air conditioning, TV (with children's channels), desk, wardrobe, safe, chips, wine, minibar with water and everything else (for a fee); comfortable beds... not much to say (but there is no mirror in the room, perhaps a full-body one; there was only the classic bathroom mirror above the sink). The breakfast was excellent and varied, as was the restaurant (and the service staff, all very nice and helpful). Highly recommended, also for the quality/price ratio.

Congratulations to the employees... especially the maids. Everyone was very attentive. Bed linen rated 10 Excellent cleaning!! Breakfast with variety and quality. I loved the coffee at the reception and the vases with lilies. Congratulations!!
