직원들이 나름 친절함^^
방 느낌도 좋고, 주위에 루치아노 언덕과 대성당 등 갈 곳도 대체로 도보권이네요. 그래도 난 지리도 몰라서 호텔 직원에 부탁해서 택시 투어 했네요.

位置很好，就在智利國防部對面，離莫內宮衹有200多米。設施有點老舊，電梯維護不力，有個電梯停擺，排隊坐電梯等很久。早餐還不錯

The property is close to the metro and bus stops. Staff were very polite and professional. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was a nice treat. The hotel itself is a beautiful building.

Hotel céntrico, gran ubicación. Sus habitaciones son espaciosas y tiene buenas vistas. Sólo faltan más enchufes o uno cerca de las camas. Ascensor en buen estado, grata atención del personal, desayuno y cena bufet por evento fue deliciosa. Aunque las dependencias son un poco antiguas, el ambiente es acogedor ＜3

Todo el staff es extremadamente cordial y amable. Tuvieron muchos detalles con un miembro de nuestro grupo que tiene limitaciones de movilidad. El desayuno es excelente. La ubicación es muy conveniente para la parada de buses que llevan al aeropuerto.
