The location of this hotel is very convenient and safe. The property itself is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and spacious. My husband and I had a great time because the staff were very helpful and attentive. They definitely made our stay in Santiago very special!

Pese a la reputación, las habitaciones del hotel son bien normales y con algunas deficiencias. El Tv funcionaba pesimo, el teléfono no tenia información suficiente oara contactar a recepción (finalmente nunca contestaron), la cafetera de la habitación no funcionaba como deberia...
