Muy bien ubicado, en un centro comercial que ofrece de todo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas. Es raro que la pared que separa la ducha de la habitación sea transparente. Buena relación precio/calidad No me gusto que cuando pregunte donde se tomaba el desayuno me enviaron a un lugar fuera del hotel.

Cuando llegué a la noche, la calefacción estaba apagada, llamé y me contestaron que tenía que esperar al técnico a la mañana ( me morí de frío...) No tuve la bandeja de bienvenida, ni las chancletas, ni la salida de baño que mis amigas encontraron en su habitación Cuando reclame, me enviaron una pobre bandeja y nada mas...al día siguiente...mala atención...nunca mas

What stands out most about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff and the perfect cleanliness of the room. It is very well located, steps from the subway and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I had a 2-night trip to Santiago. The main negative point was that the shower eas cold for both nights. I called the reception and they said that would restart the gas heating, but it didn't work. Bed was comfortable and clean but towels were old.
Location: good, there are restaurants in a walking distance. Costanera mall is 2km away.
Breakfast: I did not have time to try - they start serving at 7:30 am, and for the day-trips I had to leave early (around 6/ 6:30).

I was scared before closing the hotel, due to negative reviews, but I decided to take a chance and I don't regret it. In fact, the hotel is old and the rooms are small, but the bed is very good, the pillows are great, the only bad thing is that there is no voice in the bathroom, just a curtain, inside the bathtub, which ends up getting everything wet if you don't have one. Careful. I thought the breakfast was ok, with breads, cold cuts, juices, coffee and teas. In addition, cleaning was carried out every day, as well as changing towels. For the value for money, I would definitely stay at the hotel again. Anyone looking for a hotel just to sleep can close without worry.
