Great location and lovely staff.
The king bed was very comfortable and very big.
The buffet breakfast was super - nice choices of hot and cold dishes, pastries, drinks and fruits.
We have booked to stay again on our return trip to Australia!

Cannot say anything bad about this hotel. Situated in the Lastarria area, there are dozens if restaurants/bars nearby. Its a busy area and we like that. The hotel itself is modern, staff is great, breakfast is great and room is great.

ótimo hotel, atendimento e conformo...o quarto super limpo com camas macias e cheirosas e o destaque para o quão silencioso era o hotel.
o café da manhã era ótimo e os funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Estávamos com nossa filha de 4 anos e nos sentimos muito acolhidos.
O bairro é uma pegada mais underground, mas me senti segura.
Voltaria lá novamente.

My wife and I found Cumbres to be a solid hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, facilities clean and neat. We met a guy as we were leaving who said he’d stayed there 7 years earlier and liked it so much that he wouldn’t consider anywhere else to stay. We wholeheartedly agree with him.

The stay was incredible. The hotel is new, the accommodation is spacious. The decor is beautiful. Comfortable beds. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast is spectacular. 10/10 for the hotel! The location was perfect, you could do practically everything on foot and the street is full of good restaurants.
