This hotel is a cold and soulless experience. It needs to rethink its whole customer journey. It felt more like an ‘apart hotel’ within the ‘Marie Celeste’, only the occasional ghost to drift passed? Perhaps from clients that died of boredom? Whilst the spa promised much sanctity, it offered only mediocrity; without the attention to details and finishing touches one would expect from a 5* residence. It’s main attraction is the location. A street full of wonderful and creatively crafted cafes and restaurants that have understood the opportunity and needs of the modern traveller. Thank goodness for this, as the roof top bar in the Noi is a ghastly place to be avoided. The 5* hotel game has moved on considerably and the Noi is dining out on it previous reputation. Time for a refurb!

Hotel is dated and dusty. AC doesn't seem to be well maintained and bathrooms are very uncomfortable. You need to step in a bathtub to reach the window.

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast, rooms were pretty, gorgeous spa with workout room, kind staff. Good restaurants and nice outdoor shopping center within walking distance. Definitely stay here.

Great property with great staff. Rooms a really nice and both had great views. There’s a really nice shopping center one block away with cool brands for fashion and homewares. The hotel staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Santiago.

Absolutamente de “capa caida”, aire acondicionado no funciona, tv no cambia de canal, ducha telefono malo el soporte…. Una pieza que cuesta 300 US$…. Una vergüenza…. Lo bueno, bien ubicado y el personal amable…. Pero para ese precio, le falta mucho!!!

Hotel é muito bom, porém está faltando manutenção para levar 4 estrelas. Estivemos na suíte 409, alguns problemas chatos, nos mudaram para 609, pouco melhor, mas ainda sim com alguns inconvenientes e o gerente Carlos, muito prestativo nos mudou para 801 onde estava tudo 100%. Cafe da manha bom, porém precisam variar, todos os dias tudo igual! Melhorando a manutenção e cuidados, tem tudo para voltar a ser 5 estrelas.

Booked a suite so had a nice sized balcony with hot tub. Worth the money, I believe, good view over the city as the sun sets. Staff friendly and professional. We were allowed an early check in without charge as the room was already propared. In general the hotel is extremely well run and kept very clean though it could do with some updating as it is rather faded in parts. I expected a bigger bed but it was clean and confortable, changed daily. There were 2 small bottles of water provided in the room but I expected water coolers on each floor, at least. Breakfast was the best in 5 weeks of travelling Chile. There was a coffee machine in the room with capsules and we used this daily, only to discover on check out that these were chargeable (mini-bar!?). We argued that there was no indication of this in the room and the hotel recinded the charge. Only real complaint - the massive sliding door to the balcony was almost immovable and I weigh over 100Kg!

Gostaria de entender porque não colocaram piso no banheiro em alguns dias, isso não seria padrão? Para variar o box banheiro estava vazando muito, quase chegando ao quarto. O ar condicionado do quarto era muito barulhento.
