Mi familia feliz con el hotel. Niñas disfrutaron de la piscina con una profundidad ideal y nosotros del jacuzzi.
Hotel limpio y con buen servicio. Fue una estadía confortable. Ubicación excelente.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao Skycostanera, do lado do metrô, atendimento muito prestativo, em especial pela simpatia do funcionário John Beiby, que nos servia no café da manhã. Quarto disponibiliza tábua e ferro de passar, tem serviço de lavanderia. Minha sugestão de melhoria seria pra trocar a TV por uma Smart, assim colocaria minha senha pessoal do Netflix para momentos em que queríamos só assistir um filme, pois toda a programação é em espanhol.Gratidão a toda equipe. Sucesso.

Adoramos nos hospedar no hotel. O quarto era espaçoso, cama super confortável, tudo em ótimas condições. Equipe de atendimento e limpeza nota 10.
Se eu puder apenas sugerir algo, é que o café da manhã talvez seja um pouco mais condizente com o valor dos arredores, pois optamos todos os dias pelos cafés na própria rua do hotel.

Muy cómoda la habitación y súper limpia. Súper confortable la cama. El desayuno con muchas opciones aptas para personas veganas (leches, mantequilla de maní, palta, frutas varias, vegetales salteados, pan, chicrut, palmitos, pepinillos, tomate cherry, aceitunas, mermeladas, miel de palma, etc.). Mi mamá y yo quedamos muy conformes especialmente con la excelente atención de John Beiby en el desayuno.
