The location is very good, suitable for tourists. If there is no button, it is Metro Line 1. If you are a traveler, you can find out to take the subway to play, but the subway station announcements are all in Spanish, and there is no indicator light.
The front desk can speak English and the service is good.

Overall good. I would ask the staff to keep the Air Conditioning ON for the rooms in on the 7th floor: these get very hot when facing the sun.
In my room 701, the Toilet would not flush.

Very nice staff and comfortable bed. Room was a great size. Would have been perfect but the ac was not quite strong enough for the high outdoor temp. It wasn’t terrible it just needed to be slightly cooler. Overall would stay again. Location is superb.

Hôtel plutôt bien placé dans Santiago. Confort correct, king size bed. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un espace agréable et il y a un choix assez varié. Ce grand hôtel est assez impersonnel toutefois
