Please note lightning protection room 410, which contains a huge air conditioner outdoor unit, making it almost impossible to sleep well at night. But the attitude of the housekeeping staff is pretty good and the cleaning is also very responsible.

I thought the price of the hotel was very good and I knew the location because it was my fifth time in Santiago. The hotel was a pleasant surprise because in addition to being well located, the staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly. The room is old but clean, the air conditioning and shower work very well. Breakfast is simple, but with everything we need, and the bread is always warm.
