hotel looks like very old, door can not close properly , some noise from the the floor , outside is quiet, but not sure is it safety .

I loved the beauty of the hotel. Gorgeous wood floors and wainscoting. There is a lovely garden area in the back, very peaceful. They have a great help yourself - trust bar with a wonderful selection of wines. The staff is fabulous and helpful

Hotel staff were excellent. Always accommodating and helpful. An elevator would have been helpful as most of our group are over 70 years of age. Bar service could have been more robust. Outdoor areas were excellent. Overall cleanliness was very good.

Awesome hotel! Small, beautiful old mansion. Close to amazing restaurants. Staff was super helpful. Helped with tours early breakfast requests. Set up transportation to Valparaiso to go to cruise ship. Super close walk to old town. Will stay again.

Hermoso !! Muy atentos excelente ubicacion! Desayuno bien, la tv solo es smart tenes que acordarte cuando te vas de cerrar tu cuenta, Edificio historico muy bien mantenido, baño sin bidet. Muy recomendable, la vas a pasar bien !!!!!!!!!!!!
