Habitación cómoda, silenciosa y muy buena ubicación del hotel. Excelente atención del personal. El servicio de desayuno es realmente maravilloso, continental y muy completo, servido a la mesa y con muchos detalles. Se agradece y volveremos con toda seguridad.

Las habitaciones son muy agradables, limpias y muy bien ambientadas. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y los espacios comunes son un sueño construido en Santiago. Se encuentra a pocas 2 cuadras del metro de Santiago y tiene una cercanía al aeropuerto de 15 minutos en carretera. Excelente.

Tuve un percance con un individuo que se encuentra en recepcion (turno de día ya que los de la noche ninguna queja al contrario súper chidos), se me hizo grosero y poco empático, las razones súper personales e inclusive me hizo enfrentarme con la encargada de turno y todavía peor su manera de dirigirse hacia mi persona. Ellos dos hicieron que inmediatamente no volviera a reservar días extras.

me quedé en una de las habitaciones compartidas: 4 camas en el cuarto, 2 lava manos ahí mismo (afuera del baño) y 1 baño para el cuarto. Todo limpio y ordenado cuando llegué. Estaba practicamente vacío porque era temporada baja, pero no me sorprendería si se llena en temporada alta. El hostal es céntrico

La habitación fue muy amplia, tranquila y comoda. El personal fue atento y servicial. Desayunos fueron buenísimas con frutas, quesos, y cereals. Todo fuel moderno y limpia. La ubicación es cerca de buenas restaurantes y otras atracciones de la ciudad.

We had a wonderful stay and booked an extra night. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean, it was quiet, the bed and pillows were really comfy and we got a great nights sleep. Great to have complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The staff were really friendly. Light breakfast provided. We sadly didn’t have time to use the pool.

Excelente estadía! Un lugar elegante y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar el dia ya sea para trabajar o relaj****. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy muy cerca de el centro de Santiago donde todo está al alcance, lugares históricos, museos, persas, centros comerciales, y a pasos del metro! Completamente satisfechos de la experiencia junto a mi pareja. La gente a cargo de la hostal es gente muy agradable y preocupada de sus huéspedes, sin duda volveremos. Completamente agradecidos de la experiencia en este lugar.

Um lugar super bem localizado, com funcionários muito amistosos e prestativos. Destaque positivo para a simpática paraguaia Mirtes. Também achei as instalações mordernas e bem limpas. Existe bicicletas boas para alugar, creio que 8 dólares o dia.
