We stayed for one night on May 30th. Everything went well until we checked out and they claimed we damaged the hairdryer in our room. We explained to the concierge that we never even turned on the hairdryer, never used it. However, when we got back home we checked our AMEX card and still they charged us $65.02 for a hairdryer that we never even used. Guests, beware of this SCAM! check everything before hand, so this would not happen to anyone else.
