Excelente ubicación con buena gastronomía y a metros de subte y av alameda. Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas, la higiene óptima, buen desayuno, el personal muy servicial y amable. Le falta un ascensor para subir el equipaje a los pisos más altos.

Hotel boutique com ótima localização (do lado do metrô, zona gastronômica e perto dos pontos turísticos do centro da cidade) Habitação e banheiro espaçosos e silenciosos Equipe super atenciosa O café da manhã não é tipo buffet mas é bem completo. O restaurante também serve um menu bem completo para o almoço. O prédio não tem elevador mas a equipe ajuda a subir a escada com a mala

Localização perfeita, com opções de lazer para todos os gostos. Ao lado do metrô, que te leva pra qualquer lugar em Santiago. Apartamento reformado, com climatização nova, janela com isolamento acústico e bom chuveiro. Cozinha meio antiga, geladeira quase não gela, mas os utensílios estão todos lá. Recepção extremamente simpática e prestativa. Fica a observação que a entrada do flat é por uma porta ao lado e não pela entrada do hotel, mas sem problemas de segurança (o local fica cheio o dia inteiro). Recomendo muito!

The neighborhood is close by metro station, restaurants, bars and a supermarket which help us to to do everything by foot. We felt safe even there being a square with a lot of people crossing by. The room was really nice, warm and cozy. The bed was great and the kitchen had all amenities we needed as such a refrigerator and a water heater. The staff were friendly and helped us suggesting a laundry place near by! We recommend!

My two sisters and husband stayed here for 3 nights and lioved the apartment. The people at the desk were great and their English was just ok. The area was great for food and easy to get around. Clean and friendly staff. Only drawbacks if you can’t do steps this is not the place for you!!4th fl. No elevators!

My partner and I stayed here for a week in February 2024. It's a lovely apart-hotel in a wonderful location. The area right around the hotel is a bit touristy, but quite comfortable and bustling. It's steps from a metro stop, a very short walk to a full grocery store, near plentiful restaurants and bars (La Mesita was excellent).
The room was very nice: good kitchenette with everything you need, nice sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, etc. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet room. Check in and out were easy and they let us keep our bags there all of our last day for a midnight flight out.
The hotel helped set up a car for arrival from the airport. We took the metro to the Pajaritos stop and then a bus (Turbus) back to the airport--both options work wonderfully.
Would definitely stay here again!
