The room was clean and hygienic. It was close to the city center and all attractions were within walking distance. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how it was. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and I even encountered a marathon.

The room is well furnished and the location is excellent, not far from the Plaza de Armas and the Presidential Palace. The breakfast is also OK, there is a swimming pool, and the staff is friendly. Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am.
Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious .
I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold.
Excellent option for three days in Santiago.
Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.
