It’s right in the city center so it’s good for business and city tour but could be not so good it depends. I got there late at night and the gate was shut so I had a brief shock kind of reminded me as downtown LosAngeles, luckily the taxi driver called them and made sure I went in safe. The gym and breakfast were big pluses. The staffs were 5stars.

When we arrived the taxi driver told us that we should not stay in this neighbourhood as it is dangerous and prone to gang violence. We asked to cancel our booking but the hotel refused. We decided to stay but came home by 7:30 each evening (before it went dark). We didn’t see any trouble during our 6 night stay.
The hotel is brand new, very clean and modern. The hotel bar isn’t open but the staff do allow you to bring your own drinks from the local supermarket and drink them at the bar.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Muito limpo, exatamente como nas fotos, funcionários atenciosos, muito confortável, tudo impecável.
Minha única sugestão é que coloquem frigobar em todos os quartos (dos 3 quartos que minha familia se hospedou, somente 1 tinha frigobar), pois realmente, no ar seco do Chile, ter água gelada no quarto é importante.
De resto, só tenho elogios a fazer. Da gentileza da gerente em nos conceder check-out late até a simpatia das funcionárias que servem o ótimo café da manhã. Recomendo muito.

Hotel muy al estilo de asia pero al llegar al hotel me consigo con unos asiáticos ebrios y vomitando en el lobby del hotel una imágen terrible para mi gusto me quedé porque no tenía otra opción ya era de madrugada pero el ambiente es muy mal educado y pésimo

Good location to Metro station and supermarket. Three minutes walk only. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood seems fine, there is pharmacy in the building, also an authentic Chinese Restaurant in the building as well. Overall, great experience.
