Reserve una experiencia en pareja. La llegada es sorprendente. El hotel precioso y exquisitamente logrado, sin embargo la pieza que nos asignaron olía a alcantarillado. El mismo botones se dio cuenta al abrir la puerta y solicitó el cambio. Aún cuando avise en dos oportunidades a recepción antes de llegar, el aviso de alergia alimentaria no llegó a los destinatarios que importaba. Pague adicionalmente una botella de espumante que nunca llegó a la habitación. A la salida, a un cuando el paquete estaba pagado, nos entregaron una cuenta por los consumos. Después de dos intentos logramos que encontraran la reserva y lográramos el check out. El hotel lindo, el servicio aún muy impreciso.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Roof terrace restaurant pretty and spacious. They had ran out of the vegetarian main on the menu but offered to make me a mushroom risotto which was splendid. Breakfast was good and well stocked despite being busy. The next morning we had planned to chill on the roof terrace with a coffee and book before our long flight home. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel so that we could relax before our journey in some outside space It was locked until 1pm. I also had a broken ankle and was unable to walk to local coffee shops etc.. when we asked at reception the manager very kindly opened the rooftop area just for us 2 hours early and sent a member of staff to make us a coffee. Exceptional service.

A Beautiful unique boutique hotel nestled in downtown Santiago. Extremely helpful and friendly staff with a beautiful rooftop bar. We would definetly recommend this jewel!

The Magnolia is a charming looking boutique hotel in a good location. However the hotel's aim to be stylish and chic is, to some extent, at the cost of practicality. We had a reasonable size room but the lighting was terrible, no USB ports, only a few hangers, a shower set up which sprayed the rest of the bathroom, sink stopper didn't work, no info in the room about the hotel and one working channel on the TV! Check in not very welcoming. The rest of the staff were great and the Terrace restaurant was lovely. So, some good some bad.

Delightful hotel with wonderful modern reno to a charming older frontage. Room was large with great bedding and bathroom amenities. Breakfast included was good, although those robotic toasters are always a fail! A delightful find was delicate tea cups and caucers and individual teapots for this devoted tea drinker. Great location for walking in central part of city and nearby districts. My room had no view but was quiet and had plenty of natural light if desired. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfectly normal located in downtown! Front desk and reception staff were very kind and ready to give advice. The concierge hired for us two great tours on a very short notice! We highly recommend this hotel!

Acredito que a localização é a melhor parte do hotel, fica bem próximo de restaurantes e estações de metrô.
O quarto é bom e bonito porém chuveiro com uma pressão ruim da água, café da manhã com pouca opção e apesar de na hora de preencher meu cadastro perguntarem se tinha alguma alergia não vi esta preocupação acontecer de fato.
Além disso, senti falta de uma melhor receptividade da recepção quando chegamos (exemplo: entendo que o hotel tem uma academia, em nenhum momento nos foi apresentada), não perguntaram se era nossa primeira vez, se queríamos alguma dica ou qualquer coisa neste sentido.
Reservei o quarto na categoria errada (twin e não casal) e antes de chegar ao hotel enviei ao e-mail e eles fizeram alteração sem qualquer problema
