Hotel is fine. Nothing special but acceptable. Was just a place to stop and get over the jet lag before continuing on.

Muito boa localização. Fica no centro antigo de Santiago, uma curta caminhada de vários pontos turísticos. O quarto é confortável, muito boa cama. A limpeza é boa. O café da manhã é ok, nada de especial. O staff é prestativo e gentil.

The hotel is excellent value though in a slightly moody area. There are numerous eating places round the corner.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I never stayed. I tried to cancel my boking several times but never got a confirmation from the property. Every time i tried to contact them prior to my booking it took several days to hear back. Bad communication!

Room has no fridge but at least there was an ice machine? Buffet breakfast was bad, run out of plates, food and drinks most of the time. I guess they were understaffed?

Very helpful staff made this a pleasant stay. They answered our questions, even walked us part of the way when we went out for lunch. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable & everything was clean. The AC started to drip during the night which made a puddle on the floor. They offered to move us, but we didn't want the bother. The neighborhood was not the best, but during the day we felt safe & made sure to be in before dark. There are lots of shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Never got a chance to enjoy breakfast, but they gave us a bag to pack for ourselves one of days. This isn't a fancy establishment, but it fulfilled our basic needs.
