We hadden hier een aangename ervaring. In tegenstelling tot andere recensies was er wel permanentie voorzien aan de balie en iedereen was vriendelijk. Voor het ontbijt word je naar het aanpalende restaurant / koffie bar gestuurd. Dat was wel ok, niets speciaals. Mooie collectie kunstboeken aan de balie.

The area around the hotel was safe , plenty of things to see and do near civic center.

Hotel bem localizado. Próximo de diversos pontos turísticos de Santiago (Helateria Empório La Rosa, Ligúria, Bocanariz, Cerro Santa Lucía. Pátio Bella Vista, etc.). Todos os funcionários que nos atenderam, sempre muito bem educados e prestativos.
