Museum like, art, antiques and amazing heritage furniture abound. Hospitality plus, comfortable bedding and beds, amazing breakfast buffet.

Beautiful historic building decorated with fantastic art. A real gem of a hotel. Rooms very well sized with large comfortable beds. Friendly staff and great location on town centre. Limited parking across road but large car park just down road. Very good value.

Bel palazzo storico, comodissimo per visitare Santillana, con parcheggio auto gratuito disponibile in strada. Arredi d'epoca, camera a posto e tranquilla. Bar con tavolini all'esterno Colazione nella media.

Santillana del Mar is an interesting old village maybe on the verge of losing much of its character to commercial tourism, but the Museo los Infantes succeeds in retaining much of its historic charm with an astonishing array of paintings, books, tapestries and furnishings to transport the visitor back in time. Rooms also have a period charm but with no lack of modern conveniences. There's room to park on the street opposite the hotel, and a clutter of tables in the garden outside the front door to sit and watch the tourists go by.

Una estancia maravillosa y acogedora, el trato es maravilloso ademas de educado. Lo recomiendo muchísimo ya que este hotel hace sentirte como en casa. No tengo ninguna queja sobre este hotel, las habitaciones son grandes esta todo muy limpio y ordenado, es maravilloso.

Fijn hotel in mooi oud pand. Inrichting is bijzonder te noemen: een enorme hoeveelheid antiek (?); tafels, stoelen, kastjes, kleden, schilderijen, spiegels en allerhande snuisterijen. Of het nu wel of niet je smaak is, het is in ieder geval overal consequent en met de grootste zorg doorgevoerd. Ruime en schone kamer met een enorm bed (afmeting: 2 twijfelaars aan elkaar). De medewerkers zijn allemaal even aardig en behulpzaam. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Er is zelfs een mevrouw die verse eitjes voor je bakt. Fijn is ook de bar, heerlijk om 's avonds nog even een wijntje of een biertje op het terras te drinken.

La reserva se hizo last minute, veníamos sin mucha expectativa y algún reparo. Edificio precioso, clásico, siendo lo que es, un hotel de 3 estrellas sin lujos asiáticos, está todo limpisimo y en perfectas condiciones. Lo mejor, Fernando y su hermano, encargados de la gestión del mismo. Paciencia infinita y absolutamente cariñosos, al final parecen dos integrantes más del grupo. Orientan para visitar la zona, con recomendaciones de paradas, restaurantes, parkings, trucos para accesos y la posibilidad de adquirir entradas a través suyo. Son parte importante de que te acabes sintiendo en casa, y te despidas con pena.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est souriant,serviable,accueillant. Les chambres sont vastes,très propres. L'hôtel est un ancien palais réhabilité, et malgré ce,les prix sont très abordables même avec le petit déjeuner inclus.Le cadre est enchanteur. Le village est l' un des plus beaux d'Espagne.
