Impeccable service. Staff always available for any request. Historic building and as such very demanding in terms of maintenance, but in need of more attention to detail. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Very nice family experience

A little out of date, but people with a nostalgic streak will love this old tiled palazzo. Spacious, balcony here, terrace there, large rooms with wooden floorboards, heavy curtains, bulky furniture. Huge, comfortable beds. But that's it. No extras like a minibar, toiletries in the bathroom or a socket for the cell phone near the bed. No fried eggs for breakfast and no umbrella when it's pouring with rain outside ("they're a *** hotel and therefore not obliged to provide umbrellas...) Oh dear! Again praiseworthy: a bargain in terms of price. I'd be happy to go back!

Excellent Choice in Moura! The accommodation was an immersion in the history of a convent of the Hospitaller order, transformed into a hotel. Very comfortable bed, all faithful to the period. Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast included very satisfactory. There could have been more variety of fruit (it only had natural pineapple, apples, and peaches in syrup). Industrial pastry sweets could be replaced by typical/regional cakes that would certainly greatly enrich the offer, which with little change would become excellent. The suggestion remains in a constructive mode.
