Em pleno inverno o aquecimento não estava a funcionar. Foram desumanas as condições em que dormimos, incluindo um bebé de um ano e meio. As condições são inaceitáveis para quem está alojado num hotel. A pior estadia de toda a minha vida!! Igualmente mau, foi ninguém atender o telefone do estabelecimento na manhã do dia seguinte.

Sehr schöne Quinta bzw. viele kleine Häuschen in einem wunderbar ruhigem Garten. Minimarkt gleich um die Ecke und der Sontags Markt absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr Nette Besitzer empfangen einen und erklären alles. TOP. Wir hatten zu 3. ein T2 Haus also mit 2 Schlafzimmern 2 Bädern, Küche, Wohnraum und kleiner Überdachter Terasse. Diese Häuschen haben echt einen besonderen Charme und haben Charakter. Ein funktionierender offener Kamin sowie einen 4 Flammen Gasherd sowie die gesamte Koloniale Einrichtung passen super. Ein bisschen Abgewohnt sind Sie zwar aber das fällt nicht sehr auf.Habe wunderbar geschlafen. Klare Empfehlung für einen Ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.

We spent 10 days in Madeira. We stayed in 4 different establishments. So we were able to tour the island. I recommend this method of visit. Quinta De Santo Antonio Da Serra was the 4th where we stayed: 2 nights in an apartment. In June, it was chilly at this altitude, in the evening in the other accommodations people had lit the fireplaces. We spent our days hiking and only came home to sleep so we didn't turn it on. On the other hand, as someone said in their review: “… a shame to have to take the car to go and have breakfast somewhere else…” when we found out about that, too bad for the breakfasts that were included in the price, but we took them to the apartment especially as the very well equipped kitchen. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A grocery store in the village if necessary.

bon hôtel mais dommage si vous êtes en 1/2 pension d'être obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner à un autre endroit plutôt à réserver juste pour le logement puisque il y a une cuisine à disposition

Attention difficult to understand, on site no Wifi, no spa, no tv, no restaurant. You are home. In hermit possibility of renting a car without problem pleasant staff. We found the room (house) very humid, the beds are made but not on Saturday and Sunday. Nothing on site to dry clothes. The furniture already well worn. limit limit

This was a second choice as my preferred place was fully booked. It is high up in ghe hills with beautiful surroundings. Check in needs improving. Nobody at the office and had to use an international roaming call to get someone with a voicemail. I was very close to finfing another place to stay. Not satisfactory at all. However when j got to the unit it was very satisfactory. Good clean nice facilities and a beutuful log fire. Overall stay was good. Staff friendly. Recommended.
