Das Hotel liegt abseits des Trubels und hat nur 22 Zimmer. Der Pool- und Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Ideal zum Ausspannen. Man benötigt aber ein Auto. Nach Funchal braucht man ungefähr 30 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, die Betten breit und sehr bequem. Die Dusche ist in die Badewanne integriert. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut, das Frühstück gut. Wir waren zum dritten Mal da. Ein schönes Hotel für alle, die es etwas ruhiger haben möchten.

Je recommande cet hôtel qui est magnifique, authentique et reposant. Le personnel est aux petits soins, répond à toutes vos demandes: je voulais du pain grillé, il a suffit que je demande et le serveur m'a fait griller chaque matin les tranches de pain que j'avais choisies.

I wanted to stay in a romantic setting and PortoBay Serra Golf was the perfect choice , a lovely quite room with a very comfy bed and amazing pillows , the on suite shower was perfect , I can't thank the hotel staff enough for their kindness , nothing was to much trouble to make sure my partners birthday was fabulous , We ate several times in the hotels elegant restaurant , the food was excellent as was the service , And yes I would stay again it was a delight .

Local sensacional com preço/qualidade suficiente apesar de poder melhorar em alguns aspetos nomeadamente em detalhes que estamos habituados a sentir no grupo PORTOBAY. De uma forma geral experiência a repetir se… perceber que melhorou.

Charming and modern at the same time. Had a kind of old beach style B&B wibe. The indoor heated pool has direct access to a nice tropical garden with sun beds. The hotel is a bit far from other restaurants so I would recommend choosing half board. The food at the restaurant is of good quality.

Tout était parfait. Nous avions d’ailleurs réservé une nuit tout d’abord et nous nous y sommes tellement plu que nous avons réservé une nuit supplémentaire. Piscine lumineuse dans une verrière avec vue à l’extérieur, nourriture de très bonne qualité et savoureuse, décor et aménagement dans les beiges et blancs magnifiques. Massage professionnel et relaxant. Nous remercions infiniment Lina pour sa gentillesse, son accueil, son professionnalisme et son humour qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable.

De um modo geral Fantástico.. Apenas dou 4☆ porque achei que para um hotel com pouca gente seria de esperar que os quentes no pequeno almoço fossem feitos na hora invés de estarem em banho maria... De resto funcionários amáveis, prestáveis e bom serviço.. Recomenda se e será para repetir
