The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

We have spent 3 good days at the hotel. The only thing I missed in the room was a window to the outside… otherwise great.

Good overall location and the refurbishment since the last time I stayed is a huge eye-opener. Good to see more investments going into the area El Conde as the place was going into decline.

Habitación con lo necesario, limpias y cómodas. El personal muy amable, siempre buscando resolver. Buena ubicación en la zona colonial, comida buena y a buen precio. Nos proporcionaron un mapa turístico que nos facilitó conocer la ciudad. Muy agradecidos con el servicio.

The hotel is located in the center of colonial zone. Walking distance to all major attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes just steps away. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the rooftop bar a lot and the service is very good.

Comfortable room but without great pretensions, a window was needed for my taste. Clean. Friendliness of the staff in both rooms and reception. Correct breakfast. Restaurant for lunch and dinner. Traditional country food.

Lovely hotel located in a prime location. The staff was friendly and the food in their rooftop decent. I was not crazy about the room which was so small only the bed and a tiny nightstand fit in it. The worst part for me was there was no window in the room which made me feel constrained
