"Scam!!! This is a scam; don't book here. These people are fraudsters. Please don't book here. They left me, my family, and a child stranded on the street in the early hours of the morning for not paying an extra $50 for that night. They claimed I was arriving late and that the reservation had been canceled, even though they say they're open 24 hours. I wrote to them in advance with my arrival time, and they didn't say anything; they just sent the location. They're scammers, and TripAdvisor shouldn't have them listed. I'm going to make this go viral and file a public complaint."
