No estuvimos hospedados en el hotel, solo fuimos a disfrutar de un Day Pass el Día de Los Padres, en el área de la piscina y también incluía el desayuno buffet. Buenas atenciones y la comida estuvo muy bien, los cócteles también. La piscina es bien pequeña y muy poco profunda. Se encuentra en el techo del hotel. Tiene muy bonita vista de la zona. Estuvimos allí todo el día, la pasamos muy bien.

Pocas veces he expresado mi opinión sobre un hotel, pero debido a la EXCELENCIA del Holiday Inn Santo Domingo no puedo dejar de hacerlo. Realmente es un hotel con un servicio y una calidad general DIEZ ESTRELLAS. La primera impresión que tuve al llegar es que todo el personal está altamente motivado a dar el mejor y más amigable servicio a los huéspedes. Desde los amables y simpáticos empleados en la recepción, pasando por los agradabilísimos meseros en el resaurante, y hasta el último empleado, todos han hecho mi estadía aquí una de las mejores que he tenido en hotel alguno en toda latinoamérica. Un dato súper importante: Hay una excelente seguridad las 24 horas, lo que te permite sentirte tranquilo. Cero ruidos extraños, y a pesar de estar localizado justo en una avenida principal (Abraham Lincoln) casi no se siente el ruido de la calle porque las habitaciones están bién insonorizadas. Hablando de las habitaciones, están súper bién mantenidas, extraordinariamente límpias, y todo el hotel se ve y huele a límpio. Las camas son muy cómodas. Por otra parte, el buffet del desayuno es súper completo para un hotel de esta categoría. Realmente no tengo sino palabras de elogio para todo el personal, y felicito a sus empleados y su gerencia. Espero volver muy pronto.
